Training children with parents

Helps to develop the child's most basic movement habits, supports whole body coordination and balance.
The child's abilities, first skills and senses such as hearing, sight and touch are developed.
Focusing on the child's psychomotor development, such as the development of climbing, walking and overcoming minor obstacles.
When exercising children, all exercises are accompanied by rhymes with movements, thanks to which the child stretches and strengthens a little. In the second half of the lesson, we compile a varied obstacle course, where children develop movement skills. There is always a parent in the exercise, who motivates the child to the activity with which he helps him.
